Sri Vighna Vimochaka Hanuman – The Remover of Obstacles

The newly consecrated deity is revered as Sri Vighna Vimochaka Hanuman, the remover of obstacles and protector of devotees. According to local spiritual tradition, Lord Hanuman safeguards the region from the northern and southern directions in the forms of Yoga Anjaneya and Abhaya Anjaneya.

Vijayakeeladri Hill is also revered as Arjuna Giri, as it is believed that the great warrior Arjuna performed intense penance on this sacred hill.

In the form of Bruhadanjaneya, Hanuman blesses devotees with courage, mental fortitude, fulfillment of desires and elegant eloquence. HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji explained that Lord Hanuman is the embodiment of devotion and service, and just as he reunited Sita with Sri Rama, he continues to restore harmony and strengthen relationships among devotees.
